I am a thirty-something local of a small community in northern California on the coast and have been doing web design since early 2009. I have been learning about and working with HTML, XHTML, CSS and programming code for several years, but haven’t had the chance to put it into practice until recently.
My first job was for a WordPress client that I still work for. www.CoastingHome.com took several months of collaborative effort to build and it takes continuous work to maintain. The staff at the office are such a pleasure to work for though, that it’s a joy and never a pain!
I have also just begun work with the Steelhead Project to establish a first-time website for them. I look forward to this new partnership!
There are a couple other irons in the fire, but we’ll have to wait and see how those pan out.
